Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00 (for new hires only, paid after 90 days of employment)

Train alongside our current acting Director to gain valuable insights and ensure a smooth transition.
Oversee the quality of our programs, making learning an exciting adventure.

Ensure our center remains a secure and welcoming for all.
Lead and support a fantastic group of educators.
Maintain all regulatory and licensing standards to keep us shining bright.

Your Special Skills & Qualities

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or Elementary Education
PA Director’s Credential, required
At least 2 years related center management experience of mid-size Early Childhood programs
Experience successfully partnering with multiple agencies, preferred
Outstanding relationship builder within community
Demonstrated ability to manage the successful day to day operations of a high-quality center
Knowledge and understanding of Keystone STARS
Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum & PATHS, preferred
Must meet all DHS requirements, including current clearances (PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI, NSOR) and a Health Assessment with TB test.
