Pay: $19.00
Wonderspring, a nonprofit early childhood education organization, is seeking a Kindergarten Enrichment Teacher to join our Havertown team. This is a full-time, 12-month position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM In this role, you will lead a Kindergarten classroom (ages 5–6), creating a structured, engaging environment that supports school readiness and encourages children to learn through play and exploration.

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day classroom activities, using Creative Curriculum to guide instruction and support each child’s development.

About the Role
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day classroom activities, using Creative Curriculum to guide instruction and support each child’s development.
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
- Lead daily classroom activities, including small group lessons and individualized support.
- Provide active supervision at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Create and maintain an engaging classroom environment that supports hands-on learning.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the Wonderspring team.
- Meet with families to discuss child progress utilizing collected evidence based on PA Learning Standards
- Associate’s degree in early childhood education or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of classroom experience in a preschool setting.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and be flexible as needed.
- Comfortable leading a classroom and supporting other teachers.
- Maintain professional and manage confidential information with care.
- Basic understanding of Department of Human Services (DHS) licensing requirements.
- Must meet all required clearances and health checks.
