Sign-On Bonus: $500.00 (for new hires only, paid after 90 days of employment)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In this hands-on role, you’ll help lead daily operations, support a passionate team of educators, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for every child.

What You’ll Get to Do (and Have Fun Doing!)
  • Keep the center running smoothly by assisting with day-to-day operations
  • Jump in to support staffing needs and make sure ratios are always met
  • Be the go-to person between center staff and leadership
  • Lead engaging staff meetings and offer helpful classroom feedback
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and coaching of teachers
  • Organize training, keep supplies stocked, and help manage the facility
  • Ensure we’re meeting all licensing and accreditation standards
  • Build strong, positive relationships with families and keep communication flowing
  • Help bring our curriculum to life and encourage family involvement
  • Represent Wonderspring in the community and with partners
Your Special Skills & Qualities
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
  • PA Director’s Credential, preferred
  • At least 2 years related center management experience of mid-size Early Childhood programs
  • Experience successfully partnering with multiple agencies, preferred
  • Outstanding relationship builder within community
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the successful day to day operations of a high-quality center
  • Knowledge and understanding of Keystone STARS
  • Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum & PATHS, preferred
  • Must meet all DHS requirements, including current clearances (PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI, NSOR) and a Health Assessment with TB test.
